How do Private Parties Work?
Weekday Private Party: $400
Monday - Friday
Pick any 3 hour time frame
Includes 15 rentals and unlimited rounds
Rental includes mask & gun
Additional Party Details:
Additional players over are $20 per player
Rental flashlights available $10 each
Rental body armor $10 each
Team arm bands $5 per pair
Unlimited HPA fills $5 per tank
Pizza order $35 per pizza

Weekend Private Parties can join same day public play and field fee is waived. Just rent the gear again!

Additional Party Details:
-There may be other private parties playing on different fields. Parties will NOT play with each other unless requested and accepted by both parties.
-Outside Food and Drinks (non-alcoholic) are allowed.
-We do have snacks and drinks available for purchase.

Risky weather
If you have a private party on a "risky weather day", we will give 3 days notification to reschedule. If you accept the risk and we close early, no refund or reschedule will be given.
Weather that qualifies as "risky" are forecasted lightning storms, High winds 25+mph, Flooding, or high temp days 102+.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:
Refunds are given at manager's discretion.
Full refunds are generally given if party is cancelled within 72 hours before the event.
No shows will not be refunded.

How to schedule a Party
Click on the Paypal "Buy Now" button to pay for the party date you wish to reserve. After you have paid for your party, you will receive an email from a party coordinator confirming your scheduled date and will be asked Additional Party Detail questions. If you dont see the party date you want please email us at trueaimparties@gmail.com.
